Yvonne's Place

Whats going on at Yvonne's Place: I am now working on my Marsh Stick and will put updates on it's progress on my walking stick page. I finished my third snake stick. It sold before I had even finished it. Go take a look when you have the time.
I made some small changes to this homepage to get it to show my links correctly. Our web server changed the web address so if you got a link that said the address is no longer good please update your favorites list to correct the links. It may take me a few weeks to get all the link corrections finished.
Soon I will be cutting out the frames versions of my pages. To keep from messing up my links from search engines I will do auto forwarding using the old url's. I am trying to cut back on how many different pages I have at my site but seem to be digging myself in deeper and deeper as I move along. But at least the auto-forwarding pages will never have to be worked on once they are in place.
Reasons for the changes.: I had to update a lot of links that were getting the URL not found message. Our server desided to take out the ~ in front of my login name in the URL and add the word home in front of alltel.net taking away the www.
This change has made me notice how long it has been since I have messed with my source codes.
I have nearly forgotten how to do it all so bear with me while I get all the changes made.
Where did my favorite page go you ask.: Well, let me know which page you were linking to and I will try to direct you to the new links. If I have accidentally taken a page out that I thought was not being visited much and you would like to still see it up let me know and I will get it back for you. I have some 55 plus pages and each page I make is written out in HTML by my own hands not a program that sticks the stuff in there for me.
So these updates may take a while to get all the kinks out. But I enjoy feeling the power of being able to write the HTML out myself.
