Park Rules


1. THE PARK HOST is in charge of the park with the authority to enforce
all Rules. Park Host duties and responsibilities are published in a separate list.
2. PARKING FEES at The Top of Georgia are $7.00 per night -
$180.00 per month.
A. Section “E” $2.00 per day unoccupied (no hookups allowed), $7.00 per day occupied. Sites available to all members on a first come, first serve basis.
A1. All occupants of Sec. E must stop and pay storage fee; start a new ticket and pay that ticket before re-entering “storage”.
B. All “Dead” Storage” $2.00 per day, no occupancy and no hookups allowed. When all sites are full, no more  “Dead Storage” will be available.
3. AUTHORIZED ADMITTANCE TO PARK
A. Parking is restricted to WBCCI members with current membership receipts. An exception to this rule is authorized during BUDDY RALLY WEEK.
B. Guests may occupy WBCCI member’s RV units only when the owner or owner’s spouse is present. Any member may occupy another member’s RV unit with owner’s permission.
C. Unauthorized visitors will be requested to leave the Park by the Park Host.
4. PARKING RULES
A. Owners of incoming RV units will register with Park Host. If RV has been in storage, it will be necessary to notify the Park Host upon re-occupying the RV  unit. If the unit is put in storage, all costs will be paid and new registration made.
B. On Sunday of each Rally Week, all awnings (except all Officers, Park Host, Hospitality Chairman and all units below the bridge) shall be rolled and all vehicles removed which encroach on a vacant site. Beginning on Sunday and for the duration of Rally, all second vehicles must be parked near dumpster as long as space is available.
C. Slide-outs may park anywhere in the Park without paying double except during rallies. If during rallies, they park north of the bridge and occupy two (2) sites, they will pay double.
D. Towed vehicle dollies must be parked with the tongue of dolly under the rear of  the motor home. If no space is available, dollies must be parked by the dumpster.
E. RV units will be parked on regular sites as long as available. Beginning on Sunday of Rally Week, units may be parked in any available site except those otherwise designated.
F. HANDICAPPED PARKING SITES WILL BE DESIGNATED WITH SIGNS AND VALID PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
G. RV units going into storage will be parked in next open site. Storage available ONLY to Regular and Affiliate Members of the Georgia UNIT. Dead storage trailers MUST BE MOBILE.
H. ALL UNITS IN THE PARK MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE TAG AND MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS MUST BE PLAINLY DISPLAYED ON RV UNIT.
I. No unit over 29 feet in length allowed on Sites A10 and A11 due to access road to tractor shed.
J. A trailer being towed behind a motor home must be parked at the dumpster or in the lower end of Section “D” if no space available at dumpster.
K. Owners may park a unit next to theirs for the purpose of transferring the contents from one unit to another. (Time limit of two (2) nights)
L. Monthly renters may leave their site for seven (7) days for repairs. Owners should remove all equipment and leave site clean to reserve it. Monthly renters may also leave their site to attend a rally with reasonable travel time allowed to  and from rally location. All monthly parking fees due as if site were occupied. 
M. All storage parking limited to one (1) space per member.
N. All units, except those in “Dead Storage” must be occupied during rallies or at other times. Units in “Dead Storage” must be moved from the park for traveling use a minimum of two (2) weeks each nine (9) month period. No reserving of space when leaving. In no case will a unit be allowed to remain in the storage area for a period of nine(9) consecutive months without being moved from the Park for RV use.
O. All units in storage which are for sale will be parked in Section “S” located next to the TV Shack.  
P. During winter months, no units will be stored in
Sections “B” and “C”.
Q. RV units must be parked within site boundaries.
R. The President is authorized to reserve sites for visiting International Officers and/or Region Officers.
R1. Free rally parking for International or Regional Officers when they are at the Top of Georgia to perform a duty for the Georgia Unit such as installation of officers. Free parking will extend from Sunday to Sunday of Rally Week.
S. Lower gate by dumpster is to be used for trash pick up, emergency vehicles and at the discretion of Creed Dyer.
T. Officers’ sites may be rented if unoccupied. If an officer wishes to occupy the site between Rallies, he/she must call three (3) days before arrival.
U. Sites C27, C28, C29 and C30, in the “Cove Area” will be regular sites. Rally sites will be 27R, 28R and 29R, if needed.
V. Section “D” may be used for additional winter storage if needed from November 1st to April 1st ONLY.
5. UTILITY SERVICE
A. Telephone service is available at all sites. Hookup and fees are the responsibility of the site renter.
B. Check with Host regarding wireless internet service.
6. PET SECTIONS
A. All RV units with pets will be parked in Pet Sections.
B. All pets must be leashed and walked “only” in the designated walk areas.
These are: The area adjacent to the TV Shack and the area between the Dogwood Trees and the highway starting at the pet line sign and extending down to the last storage site at the dumpster.
C. SACK AND POOPER SCOOPER MUST BE USED TO CLEAN UP BEHIND PETS WHILE WALKING!!
D. You must clean up behind pets between your site and the walk areas.
E. Absolutely no pets above the pet line.
F. Pets are allowed in “Cove Area”.
G. Pets are allowed under Pine Tree shed if on a leash and controlled. Do not let them get in the swings or jump on other people.
H. VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PARK HOST.
7. PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES PER HOUR. Extended mirrors
are to be moved to normal driving position when not towing.
8. SEWER SYSTEM
A. Three (3) inch threaded connectors are required. Threaded connectors and clamps can be purchased from the Park Host.
B. To avoid septic tank problems, do not put paper towels, sanitary napkins, grease, etc., in the sewer system.
C. Washers and Dryers are PROHIBITED at the Top of Georgia (EPA issues)
9. GARBAGE DISPOSAL All garbage and waste must be bagged, tied
and placed in trash dumpster located near bridge in lower area of Park.
10. QUIET HOURS will be from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
10A. IF ANY MEMBER OR GUEST CREATES A DISTURBANCE any time of the day or night (Disturbance being defined as loud noise, being drunk outside his/her R.V., display of firearms, blatantly disobeying park rules, maliciously damaging property belonging to the Park or another member, or acting in any way which could be construed as a threat or to cause harm to anyone, THAT MEMBER OR GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TOP OF GEORGIA AIRSTREAM PARK IMMEDIATELY BY THE HOST AND/OR BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IF MEMBER OR GUEST REFUSES TO LEAVE, POLICE WILL BE CALLED, AND MEMBER OR GUEST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK AGAIN. THIS IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR  MEMBERS AND GUESTS AND TO PROVIDE A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE AT ALL TIMES.
11. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE USED WITH DISCRETION.
Use of alcohol will be limited to site on which RV is parked or the adjacent site when vacant.
12. EXTERIOR THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL TRAILER PARK, NOR IS IT INTENDED FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE ALTHOUGH LONG-TERM RESIDENTS ARE WELCOME
A. Clothes lines will not be permitted.
B. External items: A table, chairs, grill, and such are allowed in the area covered by your awning.
C. Storage of any kind outside the RV is not allowed.
D. Propane tanks must be properly mounted on the RV.
E. Indoor-outdoor carpet is limited to curbside of RV. Length and width to coincide with awning dimensions.
F. Boats with trailers are not allowed.
G. Utility Trailers will be admitted to the Park for loading and unloading only (24 hours maximum).
H. Bicycles, motorcycles and similar recreational vehicles must be stored neatly.
I. Flowers are welcome in moderation; no party lights allowed.
J. No built structures of any kind, temporary or permanent, are allowed except  by explicit permission of the Board of Directors
13. OPERATION OF VEHICLES WITHIN THE PARK
A. Operators of all powered vehicles must have a valid State
Driver’s License.
B. The Park Host has the authority to assure that vehicles are
operated safely.
14. KITCHENS, REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS are for Rally
use or for Club use with approval of President Elect, a designated representative or the Host.
15. TAKE CARE OF YOUR PARK Do not remove shrubbery, plants
or flowers from the Grounds or from adjoining forested areas.
16. DRY CAMPING prohibited in the Park.
17. RALLIES
A. A rally fee is set for each rally by the President Elect.
B. All members with units on a regular site or on a Section “E” site will pay the rally fee. This applies whether you attend or not. If unit is not occupied during the rally, there will be no rally fee.
