Welcome to Lil’ Buckaroo
Boarding’s place on the web. Our barn is situated on 22 acres of land
just outside of Ford City, in Logansport, and we are just about 15 minutes
away from Crooked Creek Horse Park. You could easily explore the trails at
the horse park, or stay close to the barn riding through the woods here.
We are a private, family owned
facility, and your horse will have hands on daily care. Your horse will be
fed twice a day, and if you prefer three meals, then your horse will be fed
three times a day. Your horse can be turned out to your preference in the
daylight, or during the night if that is what your horse is adjusted to.
You will have full access to the
barn, and you will be provided with tack room space for your tack and
grooming supplies.
Lil’ Buckaroo Boarding is accessible
by a veterinarian, and farrier. But it will be the owners choice to whom
they would like to visit their horse while boarding here at Lil’
Buckaroo Boarding.
Our stalls are 10x10, and bedded
with wood shavings. Just let us know if you have other preference for
bedding. We also offer to open up a stall into a 10x20 stall if your mare
is due to foal. Each stall has a sliding door, automatic waterer and a
hinged corner feeder for hay and grain. The lumber is trimmed with iron to
prevent chewing or cribbing and for longer preservation of the lumber due
to wear.
Our stalls are also easily
monitored from inside our home through closed circuit television. We also
have an internet service that our horse owners will be able to log onto,
and see their horse from home while here.
