Our beautiful home sits high up on the side
of a mountain five hundred feet above the town of Young Harris,
with a breathtaking view of the valley below. The bottom level
of the house is a separate one bedroom apartment with private
entrance and covered parking. Access to the house is by a half-mile
paved road with a gradual ascent.
The apartment, approximately
1,000 sq. ft., is fully furnished with all the comforts of home.
It consists of a large living room, separate dining area, bedroom
with king bed, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Amenities
include dishwasher, microwave, Jenn-Aire stove, coffee maker,
dishes, pots, pans, etc. All linens are furnished as well. TV
is on an individual satellite system.
We
are located less than three miles from highway 76, the campus
of Young Harris College (bring your tennis rackets, there are
six courts available for your use), and the entrance to Brasstown
Valley resort. Hiawassee is nine miles east- a ten minute drive.
Come and enjoy the north Georgia mountains while staying in your
own private apartment. We've even provided Starbucks coffee to
get you started in the morning!
Minimum stay dependent upon season and availablity.
Queen size Murphy Bed in living room can sleep two additional people.
