Venture Patrol
To be a member of the Venture Patrol you must:
- Be age 13 by the time of the high adventure activity
- Attain the rank of First Class
- Commit to at least one of the four high adventure activities:
- Extreme Winter Camping (January-March 2005)
- Blacks Hills Backpacking Trek (June 2005)
- Dismal River Canoe Trip (July 2005)
- Longs Peak Climb (August 2005)
- Be an active member of the Troop
The Venture Patrol will elect its own leadership in January 2005:
- Patrol Leader (member of the PLC)
- Assistant Patrol Leader
- Quartermaster
The Venture Patrol Uniform:
Class A: Regular Troop uniform with the "Venture" strip worn above the right
pocket
Class B: Special patrol shirt may be designed
