My Current Progress...

I tore down my vent windows and had them bead blasted. To take them apart, I ground off the rivits that hold the glass hinge together.
Here they are after a shot of OEM satin black.
Probably the most difficult proceedure in the entire process was getting the new seal into the frame - about a 1 hour process total for both frames. Instead of rivets, I used two 5mm bolts to re-install the glass.
Here's a terrible shot of the vents installed and your actually looking through glass as well! Doesn't seem like much progress, but putting both doors together, start to finish probably took about 8 hours. Read my door "how to" article here.
Although this looks just like previous pictures of my rear disc, I actually totally changed the entire setup due to fitment issues w/ the Cragar S/S rims I am using. I ended up swapping my 98-01 Camaro style rear disc for the previous generation 93-97 style. The setup was a 100% bolt on and worked out great!
This is what i've been waiting for! I finally sent the truck away for a week to get the paint buffed out from being painted last year. This allowed me to install a TON of parts that have been laying around - door handles, locks, fender emblems, grill, bumper, marker lights, and headlights. Also, not pictured, I had my hood hinges painted the body color.

The only thing I have left to bolt on to finish the front end are the front marker lights.
I absolutely hate having these 18" 40 series on this truck, I need to get tires for my Cragars! Also, I put my cargo light on.
I put a polished aluminum rear license plate frame on with an integrated license plate light. To make the inspection mechanic happy, I put a set of temporary reverse lights that I bolted using the bottom bolts on the license frame.
