Back to the Rollpan project;
after practicing on several practice pieces, I finally cut the holes in
the rollpan with great results. Also, notice the weld marks from the back
side. Now onto the housings for the LED cards...

The final version of the LED
card housings came only after three previous attempts. We had to take
into consideration clearance issues and decided that welding studs to
the rollpan and bolting the housings would be best.

After a few moments of body
work over the weld marks, I shot some good coats of epoxy primer over
the entire pan and LED housings.

Now, back to the big picture!
Over the better part of an entire day's work, the truck got wetsanded
up to 600 grit in preparation for paint.
