ACI Operations:
International and National Corporate level Maintains all records, data, and develops all strategies of the projects, and keeps things on tract for all projects functions & operations, and overall extreme problem solver.
Division Level Operations of each project under their control. Top management and leadership, they assist Corporate, and report to them. Supplies, Personnel, Training, Profit and Losses, and major problem solvers are their first priority.
State Directors Level Maintains all State projects operations. They assist the Divisions in daily operations, and report to them. Minor maintenance, up-keep, and minor problem solvers, are their first priority.
Project Level Operations Staff ( Managers ) and their work force. They are responsible for the daily activities and operations of their individual business and report to the State Level. All ACI owned Businesses will work as a normal business, of that kind, would operate.. Managers and lower level staff will go through ACI training and development for operational procedures on computer operations and data input. How to better service customers, and other classified standards and operating procedures of ACI.
All levels are inner connected via computer networking system that will handle all aspects of data collection and daily operations. Our own software system that can do what is required with the utmost efficiency.
ACI is always expanding its business profile and markets.
Because of this we are also looking for Investors.
Investors Option Availability:
A Loan Guarantee of 106% of the value of the loan is offered to any investor. ACI can apply a bank guarantee to any loan $100 Million or more, as long as the Investor is willing to issue a letter to the effect that they will fund the project, and they will place their funds in Escrow.

PROJECTS BUSINESSES FINANCING:
Financial Costs: ACI Company Policy prohibits the payment of any upfront fees, commissions, development costs, investigations, due diligence, etc.. All costs will be paid after the receipt, in full, of the loan or limited partnership investment.
Investors Option Availability: Investors can invest in a single project, several projects, a group or series of projects or all the projects of ACI.
DIRECT LOAN: Interest dependent upon the amount of the Loan. ( 1% for loans $1 Billion USD or Higher, 2% for loans $500 million to $99,999,999.99 USD, 3% for loans $100 Million to $499,999.99, and 4% for loans under $100 Million. ) If required by a financial institution for a loan. ACI can assume 20% of the total cost. OR
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP: Investors can become a Limited Partner in which 98% of the Net profits, from those projects they have invested in the Limited Partnership, are paid back to the investors until the original amount invested has been paid in full. At this point it is called the Commencement date, to which the investor will then receive 30% of the Net Profits, from those projects they have invested in the Limited Partnership, for a period of 10 years. At the end of that time period the Investor will receive 15% of the Net Profits, from those projects they have invested in the Limited Partnership, for an additional ten years. At the end of that period of time, the Limited Partnership is null and void. Under a Limited Partnership Agreement many tax, and legal advantages are available to the Investor.
