240 Gibbs, Rem. 721 Action 30" 1:8 twist ABS Barrel. Mule deer hate this rig! The boy's first deer! Taken with a rifle he built himself at 294 yards. Blueprinted M700, Accurate Innovations stock and a 30" .243 ABS barrel. Another Mule deer taken by my oldest boy at 365 yards! 2nd year in a row! Texas deer taken with a 300 WSM M70. Stocked with a Lone Wolf carbon stock and barreled with an ABS 1:11.2 twist carbon barrel. Rifle built and operated by Todd Bettin. Here is the result of my moose hunt. He Rifle built by Bettin Custom. Customer built AR-15 with an ABS 1:9 twist barrel.

I can hardly wait until I can get out to the local gun
club and be able to shoot to 300yds. I'm going to pick up some various
weights of match ammo and see if I can find some of that Black Hills 50gr.
varmint you mentioned.
I can't find the target I was telling you about....must
have got misplaced in the shuffle back to the house. I did find two that
were .178" and .173" c-c with two rounds in the 3 rd. target
going .032" c-c.......too bad I pulled that shot high. ;-)

2005 Nebraska Mule Deer This is a Remington 700 LA chambered in 7mm STW with a Douglas barrel that has been carbon wrapped by Advanced Barrel Systems. The stock is a custom build thumbhole by Richards Microfit, finished by Bettin Custom. This is a client rifle that is producing .5 moa groups at 300 yds with 140 grain Nosler ballistic tips.
