technical support on installation. Customer pays return shipping and a 15 - 25% restocking fee on all services.

Warranty on Our Computers
All new Toccoa Computers built systems carry a 1 Year Parts-and-Labor warranty from Toccoa Computers.
Limited technical support on our hardware included. Technical support on hardware added by the customer is
provided by the dealer or manufacturer of such hardware. Support on software is provided
by the software manufacturer. Exchanges within 3 days only.
Warranty void if new hardware added by the customer. Warranty not void if we add the customer's hardware.
 

Warranty on Parts and Accessories
All our new parts, such as monitors, printers, sound cards, and so on, carry manufacturer's warranty.
The support and warranty issues are handled by the product  manufacturer. On parts that require professional installation,
such as motherboards and processors, we will make sure that the components work properly, but we can not offer
Toccoa Computers warranty or technical support, as we have no control of the quality  of installation.
 

Refurbished or Used  Items

                    Warranty on refurbished or used products from 3 to 30 days (as specified) exchange only. No technical support on refurbished or used items.
 We have a limited number of used or refurbished items and will sell them only if customer asks.
