The Christian Sandbox
"The Christian Sandbox" preschool is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian outreach sponsored by the First Baptist Church of Waynesburg. The school is conveniently located on the first floor of the church in a warmly inviting classroom with a fully credentialed teacher, Marjorie Cole, and an assistant teacher, Beth O'Donnell.
The purpose of this Christian preschool is to provide a child-centered program where each boy and girl has the opportunity to:1) Grow through Christ while promoting his/her social and emotional well-being; 2) Develop appropriate cognitive and physical skills; and 3) Have the means for creative expression.
The Sandbox offers a 3 day morning session, Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 2 day afternoon session Monday and Wednesday. For information about tuition, school calendar, qualification of teachers etc. call:
