This puppy will not be released prior to 7 weeks of age and may be held longer if circumstances occur that warrant it.                    This pup is being sold as a show prospect and Buyer has agreed, if puppy is worthy of showing, when eligible, will be shown in conformation, at AKC sanctioned shows, to its full potential.                  This pup is being sold with full registration and is said to be of show/breeding potential by the Seller at the time of purchase. However, it is of the sole discretion whether or not the Buyer will show the pup and not a condition of this sale.                 This pup is being sold as pet only and on a LIMITED registration. Buyer agrees that this pup is not to be bred, that if bred by accident, will acknowledge that any puppies resulting from this dog will NOT be registerable with the AKC.   Seller assures that this puppy has been checked for worms by a veterinarian  and ,if required, has been wormed in accordance. Seller assures that this pup has had his/her first series of inoculations. Seller agrees to furnish at least a 3-generation pedigree. Seller agrees to provide all paperwork that is needed to register this pup with the AKC as soon as it is available.   Ear cropping is to be done at the sole discretion of the Buyer. If ear cropping is to be done it will be at the total expense of the Buyer. Seller does not assume responsiblity if illness or death occurs during this procedure.   Buyer agrees to provide a safe and proper area that is adequate for this large breed of dog. Sheltered from extreme cold and heat and dangerous encounters. The Buyer understands that this pup needs all the appropriate inoculations at intervals established by the Buyers veterinarian. This pup should be health checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase for assurance of good health at time of purchase.   In the event that the Buyer finds that they are unable to keep this puppy for any reason, it is to be returned to the Seller (with no refund) to be placed in a suitable home. This provision is placed on this sale to prevent any of our puppies from ever being unwanted or ending up in a shelter.     Buyer understands that puppy must be paid for in this manner: A preset deposit is required to hold this puppy. This deposit is nonrefundable unless puppy is found to have a health or mental defect by the Sellers veterinarian. The remainder must be paid prior to pick up or 8 weeks of age, which ever comes first. (Unless other arrangements have been made and stated in this contract.)   Payment arrangements if other than those stated above:                                                                                                                                 .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A bill of sale and proper papers for registration will be presented to Buyer when puppy is paid in full and delivered.   It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to sold dog, except as set forth in this document.   I, The Seller, agree, by my signature that in the event that a genetic life impairing defect is diagnosed by two (2) veterinarians within the first year of this puppy`s life, said animal shall be returned to the Seller and will be replaced with a puppy of equal value, when available.
