Our facilitiesCaslon Services Inc. has the equipment and software needed to create your documentation at our site, so you do not need to supply workstations or software. We are constantly updating our equipment and software to meet the changing needs of our clients.
How we workWe know your subject matter experts (engineers, software developers, and other professionals) have many demands on their time, and documentation is not their first priority. As much as possible, we try to work with existing documents and the product to develop materials. We consolidate questions and generally try to minimize the disruption that document creation can have on the subject matter expert's workflow.
Document conversionWe have converted many documents to new or updated software.Most recently, we converted Interleaf, Ventura, and Word files to Framemaker. Conversion includes text, formatting, and graphics.
Project deliveryAt project completion, we will provide you with all source material and completed documents, including all graphics, print files, and text --- everything you need to publish the project. |
