Pine Creek has the very distinct honor of having two of its members that has been inducted to the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen Hall of Fame. These to people are Stanley Rupert and Earle (Bud) Floyd. One of the many qualifications to be considered for the induction is that a person must have held a office at the local, county and state levels.

The youth group meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the club house, meetings start at 6:30 PM.
